The Chicago Police enter their 4th day of investigation into the identity
of a child’s body parts that were found over the weekend in a lagoon located in Chicago’s West Side Garfield Park. The remains are reported to belong to an African American child between the ages of 2 and 3.

CHICAGO, IL. Sep 9, 2015 – Water Management crews work to drain the lagoon in Chicago’s West Side Garfield Park after a child’s foot was found on Saturday. Divers searching the lagoon over the weekend also recovered a head, a second foot, and hands.
