While on my way to New Orleans this past October, I came across endless fields of cotton as I traveled down Route 70 through the Texas Panhandle. The lighting was just wonderful, and compelled me to pull my scooter over and take this cellphone image. Texas produces more cotton than any other state in the U.S.
