Why is it that some mass-shooting suspects are instantly identified, such as Kyle Rittenhouse, while others, such as the Kansas City Parade shooting suspects, are hidden away behind closed doors? The idea that our major cultural crisis is white-on-black crime and violence is a total mythology. The real crisis we all face is black-on-black AND black-on-white violence. Pretending otherwise isn’t part of the solution. It’s part of the problem.
